2. Marketplace & Intermediation Notice

Drive is a marketplace platform. We are not a car rental company and do not own, operate, or control vehicles listed on the platform. Drive connects customers with independent rental providers. All rental agreements are concluded directly between the customer and the rental provider. Drive does not assume responsibility for vehicle condition, availability, insurance coverage, or the performance of the rental provider.

3. Payments & Fees

Rental payments are made directly to the rental provider unless otherwise stated. Drive charges a marketplace or reservation fee for facilitating the booking. Any reservation amount paid through the platform is deducted from the total rental cost at vehicle pick-up, subject to provider terms. Drive’s marketplace fee is separate from the rental price and may be non-refundable as specified during booking.

4. Liability Disclaimer

The rental provider is solely responsible for:

The vehicle condition
Insurance coverage
Accidents or damages
Compliance with local laws
Delivery and pick-up arrangements

Drive shall not be held liable for disputes, damages, injuries, or losses arising from rental agreements between customers and rental providers.

5. Third-Party Terms

Each rental provider may have its own rental agreement and terms. By booking through Drive, you agree that the provider’s rental agreement governs the rental relationship.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund conditions are subject to the rental provider’s terms and the platform’s marketplace fee policy.

The platform marketplace fee may be non-refundable.
Reservation payments may be refundable only in limited cases.
No refunds will be issued for customer-caused issues such as no-shows or incomplete documentation.
Processing timelines may vary depending on payment provider.

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
